Co-founder Drew Butterfield has been a prominent member of the community in Temecula since 2006 and has managed properties since the 1990's starting with his own personal portfolio in New York. In California he held an Operations Manager position with House Match in Temecula and went on to become a Regional Director for PURE Property Management with responsibility for over 10,000 properties throughout the state. His knowledge and dedication to the Temecula area provides clients with a trusted property management experience.
In addition to his passion for property management, Drew has been serving his community as a youth soccer coach for almost 20 years.
Peter McKenzie is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in founding and operating a highly successful property management company. His journey in the industry is marked by a deep understanding of real estate dynamics and a commitment to excellence in service. Under his leadership, his company has flourished, becoming a beacon of reliability and innovation in property management. Apart from his achievements in the business world, Peter has also dedicated 20 years to serving as a firefighter, culminating his career at the rank of Fire Captain. This experience has not only honed his leadership skills but also instilled a strong sense of community and responsibility in him.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Peter is a passionate real estate investor, always on the lookout for opportunities to expand his portfolio and apply his extensive knowledge of the market. At the heart of his life is his family; a devoted family man, Peter cherishes his time with his three beautiful daughters, embracing the joys and challenges of fatherhood. His multifaceted career and personal life reflect his dedication to service, business acumen, and commitment to his family.
