Can you hold a place before I apply?
All applications are processed in the order that they are received and the first completed qualified application will be approved. Once approved, the lease must be signed and security deposit must be paid online within 24 hours. Deposits will not be accepted until lease is signed. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The security deposit is paid online at the lease signing day. The first month’s rent must be submitted in the form of a cashier’s check at or before move in date. Move in will not be allowed until rent is paid. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All adults over the age of 18 that will be living in the property must apply. Applications will not be considered until all adults have applied. Minors (under 18) do not need to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Once the lease is signed, the tenant is responsible for rent, utilities and any tenant caused damage during the lease. Disposition of the tenant’s security deposit will be completed within 21 days of move out at the end of the lease. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be used in the application process in the event that an applicant(s) cannot meet all requirements without the cosigner. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
After viewing the property, you will automatically receive an invitation to apply. You can also apply directly on our website www.temeculapropertymanagement.com -
How do I pay rent?
The simplest way to pay rent is online through your tenant portal. Alternatively, you may pay in cash at CVS or 7-Eleven. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
All pets must be included in your application. If you wish to add a pet during your tenancy, you must contact us in advance of adding a pet to complete the pet addendum process. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Once you and your roommate have signed the lease, ALL parties are financially responsible for the entirety of the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
We will reach out to you at least 60 days prior to the end of your lease to determine if you wish to sign a new lease or move out at the end of your lease. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
During your tenancy, Temecula Property Management will handle all maintenance needs. If repairs result from tenant damage or negligence, tenants will be charged accordingly. Typically, however, routine maintenance and repairs will be the owner's responsibility. Most importantly, our goal is to assign the maintenance request to a qualified, insured vendor within 24 hours.
